‘C is for Commerce’, Cardinham

Compassion in a Rural Community

Compassion in a Rural Community

Cardinham on the edge of Bodmin Moor is a spread out community in a beautiful setting.
But the rural idyll is double-sided.

It can prove to be a very isolated place to live – especially if you lose access to your car because of health or ageing or not being to afford the repairs to get the MOT.

Churches in Cardinham came together to tackle this isolation by setting up a transport scheme and creating opportunities for people to meet together.
