Putting on Gigs in Churches

Service Description

Do you currently run gigs and want more, or do you want to start? Are you looking to add to a classical offer with some livelier, more lucrative events? Do you want to be more missional in the way you do things? We will look at issues such as licensing, fire risk assessment, keeping the church council on board, how to set up a bar, making contact with promoters, making it profitable and how you might build gigs into the mission of the church. We will run two sessions of one hour each online. There will be a chance to ask questions and get advice between sessions. We will provide an advice sheet full of top tips. Mondays at 2pm on 30th October, 29th January.
