Reflective Walking

C for Congregation

Listen to two stimulating presentations exploring the spirituality of walking and how this can engage a wide spectrum of participants in a city centre and creating a labyrinth on a beach and several points in between

Richard Carter is leader of the Nazareth Community that aims to live a simple rule of life in the midst of all the busyness of London.
Each week Richard leads a meditation as he walks through different parts of London trying to look for grace in the midst of the unkown.

Andrew Nicholson is a Methodist Layworker based in Cornwall who has a ministry using labyrinths. He invites people to explore and reflect on the journey of life and to let go of concerns and issues; both personal and in a wider environmental and social context .
